We are continually improving and adding to our facilities at Carnmore GAA as we strive to offer the very best to our members and players and compete with the very best club facilities in Galway. We would not be able to make the massive strides we have made in recent years without generous support of our local businesses and parish members. Our committees are always on the look out for new fundraising opportunities.
Our annual fundraiser which incorporates local business is our Jersey Draw. For a fee of €100 businesses can enter the draw with the winner sponsoring the Intermediate team for the forthcoming season. We also have an ongoing initiative offering signage space around our main field to businesses. To date we have over 60 signs in place. Currently we are undertaking several projects to improve our facilities these include the ongoing kitting out of the Player's Gym which is near to being complete with the ability to cater for the strength and conditioning needs of the GAA player. New dressing rooms are also under construction which will result in two new full sized rooms big enough to facilitate a panel of 30+ players and their backroom teams.
We also have plans in place for a flood lit all weather field which we hope to commence construction on in the coming year. This will compliment the three full sized pitches and ball alley we already have and provide much needed winter training facilities.
